    • Item (1): Rezone 1.2 acres of land at the southeast corner of 10th Street and K Avenue from Light Commercial and Two-Family Residence (Duplex) to Single-Family Residence Attached
    • Item (2): Reallocate $200,000 in HUD funds to Emergency Housing Vouchers (currently allocated to Housing Rehabilitation, Small Business Grants, and an unallocated pool). This requires a “substantial amendment” to the Consolidated Plan and Action Plan
    • Item (3): Create a Collin Creek Garage Public Improvement District (PID)
    • Item (4): Approve a Service and Assessment Plan and Assessment Roll for the Collin Creek East Public Improvement District (PID)
    • Item (5): Ditto for Collin Creek West
    • Item (6): Authorize the issuance and sale of bonds for the Collin Creek East PID Project, to be repaid from levies against property in the PID
    • Item (7): Ditto for Collin Creek West
    • Item (8): Increase the City Manager’s authorization for expenditures from $50,000 to $100,000

  • Item (c): $2,500,000 over five years ($500,000 per year) for Water and Wastewater Pumping Equipment Repair and Maintenance
  • Item (d): $7,865,846 for repair of 70,000 square yards of residential concrete street and alley, 130,000 square feet of sidewalk and 344 barrier free ramps
  • Item (f): $238,000 for Douglass Recreation Center Boys and Girls Club Entry Expansion
  • Item (g): $482,229 for Carpenter Recreation Center HVAC Replacement
  • Item (h): $1,120,924 for replacement of 1,341 linear feet of screening wall along Coit Road at Highland Shores Drive, south of McDermott Road
  • Item (i): $1,491,283 for Sidewalk Improvements – 15th Street from Coit Road to Custer Road
  • Item (j): $2,941,889 for Commerce Drive Reconstruction – 15th Street to Plano Parkway, entailing the full reconstruction of approximately 2,400 linear feet of full-width collector street pavement, sidewalk, driveways, barrier free ramps, additional storm sewer improvements and 2,700 linear feet of 12” water line replacement
  • Item (k): $2,997,792 for capacity and intersection improvements at three (3) intersections along Legacy Drive corridor
  • Item (s): $564,500 to purchase 3.3 acres at the southwest corner of Accent Drive and Collin Creek Mall Road for the connection of Chisholm Trail under the Master Parks Plan
  • Item (w): $5,385,205 for Harrington Library Expansion & Renovation
