  • Item (b): $3.250,000 over five years ($650,000 per year) for Ready Mix Portland Cement Concrete
  • Item (c): $1,976,750 for the repair of 100,000 square feet of concrete sidewalk and 238 barrier-free ramps at various locations, generally west of Independence
  • Item (e): $6,499,958 for one Command Center for the Plano Police Department, and one Ladder Truck and three Pumper Trucks for Plano Fire-Rescue
