Phase I – Unite the Party

March 6 – June 16

  • [Already underway] reach out to Precinct Chairs across factions to bridge the divide
  • Work with the Executive Committee to put together a rules/bylaws package to do the following:
    • Expand leadership base, bringing factions together
    • Refine committees for deliberation and stand up teams with leaders for execution
    • Identify and define volunteer roles and toolkit needs
  • Begin technology identification for Phase II

Phase II – Modernize our Electoral Approach

June 17 – September 6

  • Procure and deploy new technology: Customer Relationship Management System (CRM), cloud-based Relational Database platform, Content Management System (CMS) to integrate with website, mass email solution (Amazon SES or Sendgrid), social media aggregator
  • Data migration into new CRM and Database: voter registration, election results, donor info
  • Mobilize Precinct Chairs and volunteers to fundraise with Republican Primary Voters door-to-door and in precinct socials
  • Begin developing social media ad campaign (paid and organic)

Phase III – Win the November Election

September 7 – November 5

  • Leverage newly deployed technology to drive more effective blockwalking and phone banking
  • Launch social media campaign aimed at getting the state and the country back on track
  • Engage in community events and volunteering to reach new voters

Phase IV – Influence Legislation

November 6 – January 14

  • Congratulate electoral victors on both sides and begin lobbying for key legislation
  • Promote pre-filing for Republican Party of Texas Legislative Priorities
  • Prepare Precinct Chairs and volunteers with training and resources to be active in the upcoming legislative session beginning January 14, 2025

  • Serving on Plano City Council since 2019

  • Active advocate for conservative legislation in Austin since 2015
  • Alternate Delegate for Donald Trump at 2016 Republican National Convention
  • Collin County Republican Precinct 109 Chair from 2017-2020
  • State Director for statewide volunteer political advocacy organization
  • Volunteer for numerous campaigns

Accomplishments

  • Led Property Tax Rally at the Capitol in Austin in 2019 credited with turning the corner to get SB 2 and HB 3 passed in the legislature
  • Drove adoption of Emergency Power Reform in the 2020 Republican Party of Texas Legislative Priorities Committee
  • Developed and managed social media ads in the 2023 Collin College runoffs for Cathie Alexander and Jay Saad reaching more than 150,000 people with 750,000 impressions
  • Helped unite Plano political factions after years of growing division and contentiousness
  • Leading effort for DART reform, for which we now have a multi-city coalition
  • Repealed controversial Plano Tomorrow Plan
  • Initiated development of new Plano Comprehensive Plan and citizen Comprehensive Plan Review Committee
  • Initiated Rainy Day Fund for Plano
  • Initiated Texas Forever Fest in Plano, commemorating Texas Independence Day and Texas culture and heritage
