- Item (1): EDS Campus redevelopment, Take 2. This is to develop the old EDS campus as a Life Sciences park with 775 multifamily units which the developer says are needed for the 31,000 employees who will work there, but aren’t being reserved for the employees who work there. Yeah, I know.
- Item (2): to allow a 40% increase to the amount of allowable retail & restaurant usage near 14th street and Los Rios
