Item (1): Amend Planned Development-65-Central Business-1 (The Shops and Legacy and Legacy West) to modify open space and signage development standards on 275.1 acres of land located at the northeast corner of Legacy Drive and Communications Parkway
Item (2): Adopt the 2025-2029 Consolidated Housing and Community Development Plan, outlining the use of Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)

Item (b): $765,558 to repair approximately 2,000 square yards of arterial concrete, 11,000 square feet of sidewalk, and 48 barrier-free ramps on McDermott Road between Preston Road and Coit Road
Item (c): $4,583,750 to repair approximately 36,000 square yards of residential concrete street and alley, 40,000 square feet of sidewalk and 144 barrier-free ramps in Residential Zones K8 and L8 South (I’ll bet you didn’t know your neighborhoods were named that. They’re the neighborhoods north of Legacy Dr, between Custer and Alma)
Item (d): $2,040,000 for a five years of Professional Food Service Staffing for the Plano Event Center
Item (f): $888,212 for five Tractor Trucks for the Public Works Department
Item (g): $620,000 for a one-year contract for Horizontal Saw Cutting to remove sidewalk trip hazards
Item (h): $4,437,296 for six Ford F-550 Ambulance Chassis for $354,085, and eleven Ford F-550 Ambulance Bodies for $4,083,211
Item (i): $1,173,631 for 364 Cradlepoint mobile routers with six years of support and licensing, antennas, and installation services
Item (j): a $580,182 DECREASE to the current contract of $2,892,900 for Residential Concrete Pavement Repair Zone D6 – East
Item (m): to establish minimum requirements for all organizations seeking funding from the City through the Community Relations Commission, Cultural Arts Commission, and the Heritage Commission to expand and clarify minimum eligibility requirements for non-profit organizations and to provide a reporting exemption for certain organizations
