  • Item (1): Establish Tax Increment Financing Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) Number Five for the EDS Campus redevelopment
  • Item (2): Amendment to Subdivision Ordinance to clarify the platting procedures for properties that receive zoning variances for minimum yards
  • Item (3): Modify Article 16 of the Zoning Ordinance (Parking and Loading) to modify off-street parking requirements
  • Item (4): Request to modify development standards for 7.1 acres in Planned Development-124-Neighborhood Office on the northeast side of Independence Parkway and 15th Street

  • Item (c): $2,619,800 for repair of 19,000 square yards of residential concrete street and alley pavement, 25,000 square feet of sidewalk, and 65 barrier-free ramps in various locations throughout the city
  • Item (d): $4,333,000 repair of 25,000 square yards of residential concrete street and alley, 80,000 square feet of sidewalk, and 235 barrier-free ramps between Preston Road and Preston Ridge Trail to the west and east, and Parker Road and Tulane Drive to the north and south
  • Item (n): To adopt a new fee schedule for the Environmental Health & Sustainability Department to reflect fee changes, add certain fees and clarify certain terms
