  • Item (1): Request to table an appeal of the Planning & Zoning Commission’s denial of a rezoning request for 6.6 acres southwest of K Avenue and Spring Creek Parkway from Corridor Commercial to Single-Family Residence Attached for 49 Single-Family Attached units
  • Item (2): Grant a Specific Use Permit (SUP) for Trade School for barbers, cosmetologists, estheticians, manicurists, and other similar beauty school trades on 0.1 acres southeast of Dexter Drive and Preston Road
  • Item (3): Transfer $1,200,000 from the Convention & Tourism Fund to the Capital Maintenance Fund for fiscal year 2024-25 to replace two generators at the Plano Event Center
