I laid down a challenge to raise money for charity: if we hit the low bar, $1500, I’d wear a Santa hat to the last Plano City Council meeting of the year. If we hit the high bar–$10,000–I’d sing the National Anthem at the meeting. We didn’t hit $10,000, but rather than Grinch out on you, I sang it anyway, joined by Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Anthony Ricciardelli and Councilwoman Maria Tu. Thank you both for contributing to this fundraiser for Boys and Girls Club of Collin County, North Texas Food Bank, My Possibilities, and Samaritan Inn!
