Special Council Meeting for a single item
When we allowed the city’s Declaration of Disaster to expire last week, the additional authority and flexibility we had granted the City Manager also expired. Tonight, we will consider a resolution to reinstate that extra authority for the City Manager for as long as a State of Disaster is in effect for the City of Plano, the State of Texas, or the United States of America, specifically related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
