- Item (2): Approve a Substantial Amendment to the 2023-2024 Action Plan for the use of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funds to repurpose the prior approved funds to My Possibilities for a security fence and security cameras around their property to instead be used to install a fence around their soccer field and construct two ADA-compliant restrooms near the field.
