Items for Individual Consideration
- Item (1): to amend the zoning for Beacon Square (Urban Mixed Use-2, located on the northwest side of Coit Road and Mapleshade Lane) to modify phasing and development standards. This will allow additional retail and parking along Coit Road to be built in an earlier phase. This has been requested due to the success of leasing the initial retail space. See, there’s demand for retail after all!
