  • Item (c): $1,000,000 or 2 years for crack & joint sealing for arterial streets
  • Item (d): $1,947,020 for cleaning and inspection of large diameter wastewater lines
  • Item (f): $124,450 for High Point Tennis Center court resurfacing
  • Item (g): $321,000 for Aquatic Center roof replacement
  • Item (h): $1,230,000 for erosion control – Prairie Creek at Independence Parkway

Items for Individual Consideration

  • Item (1): to repeal and replace the zoning development standards at the southeast corner of Preston Rd. and Spring Creek Pkwy. (near Kohl’s) to allow up to 264 multifamily residences as an additional use
  • Item (2): to remove a portion of Nueces Drive from the Thoroughfare Plan Map, as it was never developed as originally intended
  • Item (3): appeal of Planning & Zoning’s denial of 252 multifamily units for an independent living facility, “Kathryn Senior Living”
  • Item (4): a resolution to adopt the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan (not to be confused with Comprehensive Plan), outlining the use of HUD funds
  • Item (5): a resolution to adopt the 2020-2021 Action Plan for the use of HUD funds
  • Item (6): a resolution to authorize the filing of applications for $1,408,532 in HUD Community Block Grants and $550,232 based on the 2020-2021 HOME Investment Partnerships Program grant budget
  • Item (7): an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the City of Plano and the County of Denton for the disbursement of $332,530 in CARES Act/Municipal Funds
